Ingredients
  1. 200g Raspberries
  2. 100g Caster Sugar
  3. 50ml Water
Instructions
  1. Dissolve the sugar in boiling water adding and crushing the fresh raspberries
Notes
  1. The garnish
  2. Poached mini plums cooked with vanilla, fresh figs
