Simple, divine, rich chocolate cake made using Fair Trade organic chocolate, Cotswold flour and fresh eggs. Keeps well when stored at room temperature.
A moist, light carrot cake made to a traditional Swiss recipe with freshly grated carrots and cream cheese icing.
Chocolate Heritage Cake
Made using Fair Trade organic chocolate, fresh eggs and Cotswold flour, layered and topped with chocolate fondant icing.
Spanish Lemon Drizzle
Made with Spanish lemon juice, freshly grated lemons and Cotswold flour, this is a light lemon cake with a tangy, zesty fondant.
Coffee & Mascarpone
Traditional coffee cake with an Italian feel, soaked with coffee syrup and sandwiched and coated with a mascarpone cream cheese icing.
You can’t get more traditional than a Victoria sandwich. We have taken great ingredients along with local jam to make this uncomplicated cake.
